A necessary clarification for those asking: The page “Cats and dogs from Moria” is not a public organization or an NGO. We are a group of people who went to Lesvos and saw the situation up close. We make this effort without any personal benefit, salary or reward of any kind and all proceeds go solely to the expenses incurred for the animals. Some of us are in Athens and some in Lesvos. In order to be able to help as effectively as possible, we work with people who are members of the animal welfare association of Lesvos “o Panas”, which is a recognized association since 1995.
